Basic Qualifications
| Citizenship | Must be a U.S. citizen or possess a valid, current residency/work permit. |
| Experience | Proven background in Law Enforcement, Military, or Emergency Response. |
| Age | Minimum of 21 years of age for state armed licensing. |
| Education | High School Diploma or GED equivalent. |
| Background | Must pass a background check; no felonies or job-related misdemeanors. |
Skills & Capabilities
| Physical Readiness | Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including detaining individuals and maintaining standing posts for extended periods. |
| Communication | Full proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. |
| Technical Skills | Basic computer literacy for incident reporting and digital documentation. |
Logistics & Reliability
| Transportation | Possession of a reliable personal vehicle to ensure consistent attendance. |
| Connectivity | Must maintain an active personal cell phone and email address for dispatch and coordination. |
