Basic Qualifications

Experience
Proven background in Law Enforcement, Military, or Emergency Response.
Age
Minimum of 21 years of age for state armed licensing.
Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Background
Must pass a background check; no felonies or job-related misdemeanors.
Skills & Capabilities
Physical Readiness
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including detaining individuals and maintaining standing posts for extended periods.
Communication
Full proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Technical Skills
Basic computer literacy for incident reporting and digital documentation.
Logistics & Reliability
Transportation
Possession of a reliable personal vehicle to ensure consistent attendance.
Connectivity
Must maintain an active personal cell phone and email address for dispatch and coordination.
